HR Analytics Dashboard – Employee Attrition & Workforce Insights (Power BI)

Description :

Designed and developed an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard using Microsoft Power BI to analyze employee attrition, workforce demographics, and salary trends. The dashboard provides actionable insights to HR teams for improving employee retention and strategic decision-making. Key metrics such as total employees, attrition count, attrition rate (18.4%), average age, average salary, and average years at company were visualized using KPI cards. Implemented multiple dynamic visualizations including: Donut chart to analyze attrition by education field Bar charts to track attrition by age group and job roles Gender-based attrition analysis Trend analysis of attrition across companies Interactive filters for department-wise insights (HR, R&D, Sales) Used DAX formulas for calculating attrition rate, averages, and other KPIs. Built a clean and user-friendly UI with consistent color themes and layout for better storytelling.
